The Architectural Review Committee (“ARC”) meets on an as-needed basis to address homeowner improvement and alteration plans.

Plans can usually be reviewed within 3-5 business days.  

Please remember to review the Shiloh Run HOA by-laws for guidelines on improvements and alterations.  (Every homeowner was given a copy of the By-laws at closing of your home purchase.)  When in doubt, reach out to the Board and your question will be sent to the ARC.
