HOA Board of Directors
The Board of Directors for the Shiloh Run HOA consists of (at a minimum) three homeowners acting as President, Vice President, and Treasurer. The terms of the Board are staggered, with the President, Vice President, and Treasurer serving for 3-year, 2-year, and 1-year terms, respectively.
Elections are held each year at the Annual HOA Meeting to fill any current or upcoming vacancies.
Marc Meeker, President
Marc Meeker has been a Shiloh Run resident since July of 2020. He was born in Germany, studied mechanical engineering at Oklahoma State University, and started his military career at Redstone Arsenal in 1996. During Marc’s time as an Army officer, he lived/ served across the US (North Carolina to New Jersey to California) and in three foreign countries (Japan, South Korea, and Germany) before settling at Redstone Arsenal, where his adventure originally began.
Marc brings experience in project management, collaboration, business operations, and effective communication to his position as president of the Shiloh Run Home Owner’s Association. He holds a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering & design technology, and an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School.
Marc retired from military service in February of 2022 and is still figuring out what he wants to do when he grows up. In the meantime, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife (Kristen) and three children, and working on his fleet of vehicles & watercraft.
Tj Ferrell, Treasury/Secretary
Theodore J (Tj) Ferrell is currently an engineer within Boeing Research and Technology in The Boeing Company. Prior to joining Boeing Tj was an officer in the United States Marine Corps. In the Marine Corps, he was a pilot and flew helicopters and fixed wing aircraft. Tj holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis MD. TJ has earned a Masters Degree from the University of Missouri-Rolla in System Engineering. Tj has been certified as a Project Manager by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Tj is a graduate of the Marine Corps Command & Staff College and the School of Amphibious Warfare. He completed Fundamentals of Acquisition Course at Defense Acquisition University, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He completed Architecture and Systems Engineering Professional Certificate Program, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Community Service and giving back is very important to Tj. He has supported several Non-Profit organizations. He Graduated in 2009 from the United Way Project Leadership Effectiveness And Diversity (LEAD) Program. This program is designed to train future members of Board of Directors on the roles and responsibilities of Board of Directors. He served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Eastside Domestic Violence program, non-profit organization set up to help people in domestic violence situations. He served as a member of the Finance Subcommittee for Treehouse, a non-profit organization set up to help foster kids. He and his family has supported Kids to Love, a non-profit organization set up to help foster kids. He is currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Eileen and Callie’s Place. A nonprofit organization with the mission of help young women as they age out of the foster care system. His family were also a puppy raiser family for the Guide Dog for the Blind organization. Tj has been a Boeing Mentor for the FIRST Robotics Program. In the way of hobbies, Tj is a certified rescue SCUBA diver, has a commercial pilot’s license. Tj and his family are very involved in their Church.
